Another Cops Mentality

Christina opens up about how her childhood, primarily coming from a divorced house while essentially raising herself, shaped how she not only copes with mental health but has found success throughout her life. Christina was able to forge her own path by using herself determination to send herself to college, move to unknown cities, and even deciding to restart her career by joining the police force at age 33 and the US Military at age 38.

Tim Welsh passionately shares his story of how he served in the US Army National Guard as Military Police, and shortly after battled an addiction to pills and alcohol.  Tim's story leaves the room silent as he goes into detail on how he was able to become sober, relapsed and attempted to take his life.  This all led Tim to persevere into who he is today.  3 years and counting sober, a nutritionist, personal trainer and mental health coach.  A truly inspiring story from a truly great person.
