About Dr. Sharon Arrindell

On a Professional note… Dr. Sharon is a board certified licensed Christian marriage and family therapist, helping couples get to enjoyment in marriage and women get from stuck to vision. She is also a Maxwell Leadership certified speaker and coach and member of Global Women Speakers. She is an Amazon bestselling and international bestselling  author, and an Impact award winning author who has written several faith-based books.

Dr. Sharon has also been an adjunct professor, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses for over 17 years. She has appeared on several podcasts and local television shows, and graced the cover of several magazines, including New York Weekly, Women of Distinction Magazine, Shout Out Miami Magazine, Success Women’s Magazine, and 100 Fearless Women International Magazine.

On a Personal note…Dr. Sharon is a wife to her dream guy. She is a godly woman, mother of two, stepmother of three and combined with the dream guy, has ten grandchildren and one on the way. She lives in sunny Florida and for recreation she rides an adult tricycle, enjoys morning pool aerobics with some amazing ladies in her community and enjoys chair yoga three days a week.
