Ashwaganda and Shatavari are our plant infusions this episode. Ashwaganda helps to perfect the masculine energy and shatavari helps to perfect the femenine engery. Both are a necesary component to creation. The femenine receives, the masculine gives. We must give through our tests in order to receive. Shatavari helps us to perfect our receiving vessel and ashwagandha helps us pass our test and channel our masculine energy, which is like God. Every human, male or female has both masculine and femenine energies within their spiritual DNA.
