The "I Was Wrong" segment makes its triumphant return, with Frank admitting he misremembered details about his childhood. This leads to a hilarious discussion about school districting, shifting demographics, and the unique experience of growing up in a time of constant change.

This week's book report features "What to Expect When You're Expecting," a comprehensive guide for pregnancy. Frank highly recommends this book for its detailed information and practical advice, though he cautions that it might be a bit overwhelming for anxious parents-to-be.  

What Just Happened?

Frank recounts a recent trip to visit his brother in Nashville, where he experienced a series of forgetful moments, including losing his credit card and the keys to the rental car. This prompts a discussion about "dad brain," the cognitive changes that fathers experience during pregnancy and after childbirth. They explore the science behind dad brain, including brain volume reduction, hormonal changes, and increased empathy.  

Frank's Biggest Fear

In a vulnerable moment, Frank opens up about his fear of childbirth. He recounts a fainting spell he had in high school while watching a childbirth video and expresses his anxiety about being present for the birth of his own child. Carlo offers some sage advice, encouraging Frank to focus on his wife and let the medical professionals handle the rest.

The episode wraps up with a trip to Lullaby Land, where Frank shares his lullaby rendition of "Good Morning" from the classic film "Singing in the Rain."
