Dr. Thomas Piggott is currently the Medical Officer of Health and Chief Executive Officer of Peterborough Public Health in Peterborough, Ontario, having previously served as the Medical Officer of Health and VP lead for Population Health and Rural and Remote Health in northern Labrador. In addition to completing of his residency in Public Health and Preventive Medicine, he also completed his Masters in Public Health at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and his PhD in Health Research Methods at McMaster University.
