We push aside the small whispers (or don't even hear them) inside of us that tell us to do or not to do something because the outside voices are louder.
To help us really take control of our lives, we need to pay attention to those whispers. We need to lean into them and take action. And I know that's not as easy as it sounds, so we are joined by Elena Sonnino to help us out.
