Hey Hoops & Glossers,

We always talk about who shows up when life hits the fan—but what about when life rocks? In today’s solo episode, I’m spilling all the tea on friendship: the kind that cheers you on when you’re winning, not just when you’re wounded.

After a whirlwind weekend where my college besties pulled off an epic surprise trip to celebrate one of us landing a dream promotion (spoiler alert: there were tears, joy, and probably champagne), I started asking myself this question:

👉 How am I showing up for my friends… really?

We get into:

  • Why we wait for funerals to say how we really feel 😬

  • The silent heartbreak of unsupportive friends

  • What to do when your glow-up makes others uncomfortable (hint: it’s not about you)

  • And the actual magic of a handwritten card 💌 (Millennials, don’t panic—I explain)

Oh, and I’ve got a little challenge for you at the end. Let’s just say it involves kindness, connection, and maybe a stamp. 😉

So whether you’ve got ride-or-dies or you’re feeling a little friendship-famished lately, come hang out. Midlife friendship is weird, wild, and 100% worth it.

xoxo
