Victim Services provides support immediately following a crime or sudden tragedy. Today we are speaking with Tazio Clarke, a social worker, pastor and manager with the Victim Services program about the importance of providing a safe space for victims. Over the years his work experience has also allowed him to support individuals who are incarcerated and he has come to realize, those committing crimes also bear the tragic stories of hurt.
