info_outlineI’m chatting with Sybil today and we are getting into the nitty gritty details of decluttering!
Sybil is having some major transformations in her life and along with that, a ton of decluttering. She shares with me a little about her decluttering experience so far and asks me questions about what methods I recommend, what spaces are good places to start decluttering, how to keep up with living a life that is free of clutter, and much much more.
I especially loved our chat about decluttering + identity. The shit around can be reflective of who we are or maybe not reflective at all. Decluttering brings us closer to making sure our spaces are the physical manifestations of our true selves.
Sybil Shelton-Ford is the owner of As You Are Yoga and Health. She is a yoga guide and certified health coach
