In this episode I give a talk on learning technology at the famous Bett Show in London. I share thoughts about the importance of effective pedagogy in online learning, and how to ensure that technology itself doesn’t become the driving force behind learning design at the expense of our educational goals. I'd love to hear your strategies for keeping good pedagogy front and centre in your technology-enhanced learning. Tweet me and let me know.

How can we find out whether the learning engagements we have designed or facilitated are actually working? What sort of evaluation data can we gather as education practitioners? Should we rely on standard student feedback process? And what does "effective learning" actually look like in a world where schools, colleges and universities are no longer exclusively the gatekeepers to knowledge?
We'd love you to join in the conversation, so please feel free to share your insights and thoughts in the comments. What evaluation methods do you use, and why?
