About Guest:

Anthony started CDO Group about 23 years ago as a Construction Management firm, but a handful of years ago developed a General Contracting arm out of necessity from a client. Today, CDO Group operates nationally in commercial construction, developing retail stores, restaurants, convenience stores, automotive centers, fitness concepts, etc.

 

Anthony isn’t one to take himself too seriously and is a strong believer in loving what you do and having fun while doing it. In the same vein, one of the biggest values that he incorporates into CDO is self-development (both personal and professional) which in turn affects how business is done and providing the best service possible to our clients. A snippet of Anthony that depicts him well is that every so often, to get the blood flowing in the office and employees re-energized, he will shout “Push-ups!” and anyone in earshot is encouraged to drop and knock some out. We’re of the mind that a company that wants to accomplish non-typical construction goals should have an invigorating culture.

 

While CDO Group is a successful firm, Anthony’s passion for people is most visible in his family life, having raised five children, and in his charitable works. He led his family on a trip to over a dozen different countries over the summer of 2019 to support the local impoverished communities through charitable exploits.
