The National Weather Service calls for partly sunny skies today with an un-November-like high of 75. Overnight calls for likely showers with a low around 60. Early voting concluded Sunday in New York State and Niagara County reports a record number of voters casting their ballots over the nine-day period. Nearly 33,000 voters cast their ballot there.
