On this episode, I'm joined by the founder of Boardgains (IG: @boardgains.fit), Eric Mathura (IG: @islandgains). What is boardgains? It's literally a bootcamp in a box - a board game that is meant to get you active with your friends. Eric joins me in the studio to discuss the game, and his journey and how he took a simple idea and manifested it into launching an actual product. Listen in!

This week's podcast is one of the realest conversations thus far as I'm in the studio kicking it with the homie Tony Sidhu aka Blitzkrieg (@blitzmusic1). Tony has been in the South Asian hip hop scene since 2001. He shares a remarkable story of his recovery from a motorcycle accident last year that left him bed ridden for months as the world was locked in during this pandemic. His love for hip hop led to his most recent project: Demo Tapes which is the aftermath of his recovery from his accident.

On this podcast, my good friend, Gina Uppal joins me. Gina works at Western University as the Partnerships Lead in the Lab for Knowledge Translation in Health. The team is building a public health learning network to help connect community organizations, researchers, and decision-makers especially since COVID19 has exposed serious gaps in how evidence informs practice in public health.

This week's episode is a solo podcast featuring myself of course. I'll be dropping eight episodes through a 'Sunny and Friends' series to wrap up 2020.
It's been one year since I started this podcast and it's been quite the journey. 16 countries, 10,000 streams, and we're only getting started. On this episode, I touch on a few things related to this year along with the need to support your favourite neighbourhood businesses as we head into the holiday season.
Most importantly, I wanted to use this episode to touch on a historical event that should be dominating the news headlines and that's the Farmers' Protest- the largest protest in the history of the world against the largest democracy in the world. Tune in and as always, I am not a subject matter expert. These are strictly my opinions and registered thoughts.
For any businesses or person, who like to use my platform to speak on a topic or issue, feel free to reach out to me directly.
Make sure to follow the Podcast on your listening platform and on social media to be up to date with a new episodes every week!
