The Heart Centered Entrepreneur

Visit today's blog post . This episode is a little different, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever shared something like this before. Six women inside my Get and Coach Your First Client community gave me permission to share the recording of a real, live group coaching call with you. You’ll hear the exact questions they’re asking as they sign clients and grow their coaching businesses, and how I coach them in real time. I edited out the personal parts they requested, and I’m so grateful for how generous they were in allowing this behind-the-scenes look. If you’ve ever wondered...

The Heart Centered Entrepreneur

Visit today's blog post . As my kids are getting older, we’ve been focusing less on rules and more on values. In this episode, I share the three core values we’ve been talking about at home and how they directly apply to your business, especially for things like your sales, marketing, and visibility. So many entrepreneurs struggle to make money with ease because they’ve drifted away from their heart-centered values. In this episode, I walk you through each value and challenge you to choose one small, tangible action you can try this week to embody them more fully. –– Connect...

Forget Aesthetics, Imperfect Marketing will Make You Bank in 2026 show art Forget Aesthetics, Imperfect Marketing will Make You Bank in 2026

The Heart Centered Entrepreneur

Visit today's blog post . About four times a year, I get that sinking feeling that my IG just isn’t very aesthetic, and I worry about what other people (not potential clients) think about me. That I look weird on video, that I ramble, that my captions aren’t perfect. But I always come back to this: it’s okay that my marketing is imperfect. Who I am in real life is better than my marketing, and I am more complex and full of life and kind than photos and texts can show. I am way better at coaching/caring for people and getting them results, than I am at marketing. And honestly, as a...

Visit today's blog post . In this episode, I’m exploring what it really means to release guilt and shame around the old chapters we might consider “failures” - the businesses, investments, and relationships that didn’t work out. I talk about the difference between reflecting and self-judgment, and how carrying shame from an old season can quietly shape the results we create today. This conversation is about bringing forward the lessons we’ve learned along the way, honoring the past version of ourselves who were truly doing the bravest they could, and learning how to bring the...

Visit today's blog post here.

In this week’s episode, I’m sharing about a recent dating experience that left me feeling embarrassed, and what it reminded me about business, rejection, and why showing up with your whole heart is still the bravest thing you can do.

It takes vulnerability to be visible in love, business, or life. I find that MANY women who are successful at most things in life struggle with the reality that in business, there are SO MANY MORE chances for micro-failures.

Putting your heart out there online is nothing to be embarrassed about. It's something to be proud of. So few women do it. It's scary to get visible. To be seen. To risk connection. But it’s the only way to live fully as a heart centered woman.
