I sat down with Kate and Bartek, a fantastic married couple who both practise regularly at our shala.  We discuss their journey into regular yoga practice and other forms of training (particularly Bartek's massive training load for Ironman triathlons), how they became interested in yoga and how the gaining health and fitness has changed their lives. We also discuss why they think yoga works the way it does and how the breath is the real key to a powerful ashtanga yoga practice
