Real estate isn’t just a sales job. In today’s world, the most successful agents are also the best marketers. Unfortunately, many agents are dropping the ball in their marketing, and it’s costing them deals. 

Between posting content bashing the industry and not providing value to consumers, we’re doing things that actually make people not want to hire us. 

Agents spend all their time online complaining about changes to the industry, and they don’t realize that the consumer is watching. They don’t care about new laws and disruptions. They care about who is providing them with the most value.
