The Nancy Perspective
In this final solo episode of the January HEART series, we'll explore the deep relationship between resiliency and trust, and how they form the foundation of a grounded life. From releasing the need to fight or force, to learning how to trust your body, your timing, and your inner guidance, this is a conversation about a softer way of moving through life. Resiliency is often mistaken for strength, for pushing through, or holding it together. But true resiliency is something much quieter and much more powerful. It is the willingness to remain open when life feels heavy, uncertain, or out of...

Alignment is not a destination or a moment where everything suddenly feels easy. It is a daily and often uncomfortable choice to trust, and to allow your body, mind, and spirit to move together. For many of us who have lived in survival, true alignment can feel unfamiliar, even unsettling, because peace and coherence were never the norm. In this episode, I explore what alignment really is and what it is not. From nervous system regulation and reframing old stories, to learning how to observe life instead of attaching to every emotional wave, alignment becomes less about force and more about...

2026 continues with a return to the HEART in another solo episode. This episode focuses on empowerment. Not the forceful kind or the push to do more, but the quiet remembering that your body already knows the way. Empowerment is not about fixing yourself or chasing goals. It begins when you notice something no longer feels right and allow yourself to choose differently with softness and trust. When empowerment comes from the body instead of the mind, movement becomes aligned and sustainable. This episode is an invitation to stop outsourcing your power and start listening inward. To notice...

2026 begins with a return to the HEART. This special solo episode is about being human. Not forcing or pushing forward out of survival, but learning to feel our way forward. So many of us are doing all the “right” things and still feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck. In this episode, I explore why. How our nervous systems, early life imprints, and constant thinking can keep us in survival mode, and what it looks like to soften, rest, and listen instead. Through reflection and simple HEART-led practices, we begin remembering who we are beneath the doing. Settle in, breathe, and let your...

We're back with another unscripted solo episode to open up about my journey, my recent guests, and practices and perspectives that are shifting the way I've been moving through life. This episode is about the path of choosing empowerment, awareness, and growth, even when it's uncomfortable. I explore how our frequency and vibration shape our lives, how softness is its own form of resilience, and how learning to trust ourselves is the foundation of everything. I also reflect on two incredible women, Janice Amirault and Stephanie Folahan, whose stories remind me what empowerment looks like...

Resiliency is not about endurance. It is about openness. Trust is not about others. It is about yourself.
As we close this chapter of HEART, I invite you to place a hand on your heart, take a breath, and remember that everything you need to move forward already lives within you.
