From a young age, Daryl Dittmer was a self-described fighter.

With blue collar roots, Daryl describes his upbringing as humble and often tumultuous, which contributed to him taking a tough approach to life and to himself. Eventually reaching a "dead-end," Daryl decided to try a different tactic and became more open to life and what it was trying to teach him.

Daryl's now the author of two new books that offer a look into his experience moving his life from that "dead-end mess" to a place he couldn’t have imagined in his wildest dreams: When I Stop Fighting, the Unexpected Joy of Getting My Head Out of My Ass and When You Stop Fighting, the Road You’re on is Your Own Asphalt.
