The next being a craft beer bar in South Philadelphia that opened 8 years ago and only serves beer from micro breweries, called The Devil’s Den. Up to the most recent establishment opened 3 years ago, Barren Hill Tavern & Brewery. Barren Hill is a micro brewery that brews around 30 different unique beers.
Erin shares what it’s like owning and maintaining 3 bars and restaurants. She believes it’s important to know the industry before diving in and opening up a bar and she explains why. Most of her time is dedicated to each place every day of the week, but plans to make some time for herself soon.
