His training includes psychodynamic psychotherapy with a specialization in Self Psychology, and he incorporate relational, depth-oriented, and decolonial approaches. He work with individuals, couples, throuples, and polyamorous constellations to foster growth, emotional safety, and deepened self-understanding. Dr. Myron Krys also support clients navigating life with ADHD/Autism—especially those who have been misdiagnosed, overlooked, or shamed for their neurodivergence.
