She could only muster up enough energy to walk across the hall to the bathroom and take a shower—which would wipe her out for the entire day. Research showed 1/3 of the people never recovered, 1/3 of the people had this recycle throughout their life, and a 1/3 of the people recovered. She knew she would be in the 1/3 that recovered but didn’t know how.
She has studied natural health and healing for over 30 years and has applied much of what she has learned, from the patient perspective to her own cancer diagnosis and miller-fisher syndrome (which is a mild case of Gillian Barre’). She believes her mission is to help bridge the Eastern and Western approaches to health and healing.
She founded What is Holistic Health to empower people worldwide through education and applies her many years as a math and critical thinking middle school teacher to the concepts of health and wellness.
