Workers from all over the U.S. are jumping on Zoom and similar platforms to work remotely amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Cities from all over the world are having to manage this new normal. But there's one city that's been at the forefront of this: Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tulsa with its Tulsa Remote program, has used remote work as a way to attract and retain the creative class in the city.

The program is a one-year program that offers a $10,000 grant and additional benefits to remote workers who've moved to Tulsa to engage in the community, build their enterprise and offer something to the quality of place of the community.

In this episode, Resonance President Chris Fair and VP, Strategy & Economic Development, Steven Pedigo speak with Aaron Bolzle, executive director of Tulsa Remote and Ben Stewart, Senior Program Officer at the George Kaiser Family Foundation.
