More Episodes
Would you like to be more creative? Would you like to learn how to manifest and feel the magic again in your life? Lisa continues the conversation with Colette Baron-Reid, an internationally respected author, artist, educator, spiritual intuitive, medium, and oracle expert. Today she discusses her latest book, The Art of Manifesting: A Meditative Drawing Practice to Rewire Your Brain and Create Your Reality, which she co-authored with Anna Denning. She explains how she is an empath and an artist.

Colette talks about being responsible for your energy and knowing when it’s time to step away. This is an inner job. You can only change how you feel, and not change others. She discusses her 40 years of sobriety and how relationships may change throughout the years. She talks about how the universe can be playful, especially when it comes to manifesting.
Colette explains studying line art and how she realized her doodles looked like neurons.  She researched the connection between doodling and the brain and how this puts us in a state of flow. Drawing in this way keeps us in the theta state. She asks us to think about “how we want to feel” and how that’s so important for manifestation. With brain plasticity, it’s been proven that we can become a completely different identity and go beyond limiting beliefs.
If we want to feel inspired, doodling and art can put us in that state of mine. It can help us feel unstuck. We can learn to trust and surrender. It’s a state of flow. The universe is always listening, and we can learn to recognize the signs. This is just another tool for us to use. That’s how we can experience the magic and manifest our dreams!
This is Part 2 of the interview. Info: www.colettebaronreid.com
