Black Lives Matter protests and vigils are taking place around the country and world. Amanda is in full support of these efforts to fight against police brutality and to unravel the systemic racism that is embedded in our country. Her intention with this podcast is to help people build their confidence and use their voice to spark positive change in the world. Building Confidence was also created to amplify the stories of people from a variety of backgrounds, including Black people and people of color.
 
With this in mind, in this episode we revisit an episode that aired in November 2019 with Life and Leadership Coach, Author, and Speaker, Sabine Gedeon.
