I just spent two weeks living in Japan.
And what I saw completely reframed how I think about fat loss culture in the West.
Japan is a wealthy, modern country.
They have convenience stores.
They have fast food.
They have technology everywhere.
Yet their adult obesity rate sits around 4–5%.
Compare that to over 40% in the United States.
