She comes from a lineage of stubborn, resistant, creative, and intuitive women, and from corn and bean cultivators, and beekeepers. She is a mother, wife, mentor, poet, and published author passionate about creating spaces where women and Young Adults of color can tap into the well of stories and powerful voices they carry within through journaling and sensory practices for healing and collective well-being.
