Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

So number one, the first thing we got to do is, we got to find out where was the break down. What was the trigger event? Where was the vulnerability? Where did it go wrong? “Oh I’m lacking sales” yeah that’s a symptom of something else. Covid did not cause your problem, Covid magnified your vulnerability, hey wait Carl wait whoo whoo whoo whoo whoo it’s like my brother is a DJ and he’s like whoo what do you want me to do? One day I’m booked for a year and a half the next day I’m off for a year. I said “right because you didn't diversify”. He’s one a top DJ’s in the country you know you’ll see him on a real housewives and he was at the super bowl, I mean my brother is one of the top DJ’s around but it’s all he does, right. So, you say don’t put all your eggs in, well in one basket and so, and it happens. And look there are flaws in every business model, no business models perfect so you have a vulnerability, so as I like givens, we get a lot of our leads through public speaking. Well there’s no gigs right now, so okay.
