Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

We need a physical inventory. Now I know how many arrows are in my quiver, I know how much money I got left over, what my count is, what stock I have, now I wanna breakthrough. Now I need to make--that’s the third B, I need to make a radical shift. So if that means doubling down on my message to market, if that means adding a guarantee, if that means that I’m gonna switch my business model, I’m gonna start delivering, I’m coming to you, you don’t have to come to me. That means I have contact free or touch free services. So instead of coming 9 to 5, I’m gonna come 5 to 9, meaning I’m gonna have after hours option. What is gonna be my breakthrough? Then I--so we wanna make that radical shift, then the fourth B is we need to breakout. I need a plan now, I flooded a couple of ideas to market, they seem to be being receptive. I got my king on board, I’ve got--I know what resources I have, now I need to make a plan that is both inspiring and compelling.
