Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

Three must make moves, number 1 is you must have a contact free, touch free or after hour service option whether you have a product or service right now, all of your clients are planning out their office protocols so you can’t get in, so you have to have a touch free after hour service option that’s number 1.

Number 2, your traditional organic sales plan is not gonna be enough during this time, this is the best time you will ever experience in the rest of your career to acquire your businesses or other assets. So you need to move to your acquisitions strategy and add that in either strategically align with another businesses, buy it or buy the assets or buy the talents but this is acquisition mode for the next 2 to 5 years absolutely. But the one move that you--another move you wanna make right now is plan--look at your 12 month projection, what your ability to service the client is,, go month by month with your projections and then talk to each one of your customers and ask them to walk you through, what their next 12 months will look like month by month. So you can best understand how you can service them and make sure that there are no blitz in your supply chain because you don’t wanna be the company that after all of this trouble and being so down and quarantined.
