Wouldn't you know the mattress company had their best year ever last year and they are on pace for breaking that record this year and even though they can have a full show room, they have stuck with the private shopping experience. Now think about it for a second, who makes an appointment to go get a mattress? A tire kicker or someone who’s pretty serious. Their close rate went to over 90%, who makes an appointment for a mattress? Somebody’s buying a mattress not somebody’s shopping for a mattress. You shop online, you buy in the store, so they confronted their greatest fear, right, okay? And so we made a radical shift. So as part of your breakthrough, what’s the radical shift you need to make? Okay. In my business I had to start putting out, outbound digital material is not something that our business was really built on, it wasn’t our approach and I’m like ahmmm do I really wanna do this, okay. The answer is no, I don’t wanna do it but that’s what my clients are all asking for, what are your clientele asking for?
