Absolutely must position ourselves as an authority willing to pay more for your products or services if they believe you're an expert. And it's not because they have more money ,it's because they have less money and they only have one chance with that money.
So if they believe you can get them from point A to point B one shot, but it costs a little bit more, they'll do it. And that's where we need to be. Most of you are pricing yourself in the middle.
In the middle is a pricing strategy for fall, not winter. In the middle pricing during winter, you are invisible. It's not even that you're good, that you're invisible.
I don't even see you. You're not even on the radar. Cannot be in the middle, okay? And we'll get into that.
