From Fellowship to Two OR Suites

Specifically, in the “From Fellowship to Two OR Suites Podcast,” Dr. Heather Levites explains how she built one of Raleigh’s newest aesthetic practices from the ground up.

First, she shares how she is a board-certified plastic surgeon trained at MIT, Duke, and Stony Brook.

Additionally, she gained real-world business experience by working inside a multi-physician practice.

Consequently, she learned workflow, systems, and the financial realities new surgeons rarely get taught.

Specifically in this episode of the “From Fellowship to Two OR Suites Podcast,” you’ll hear how she:

  • First, purchased a 3,000-sq.-ft. medical condo.
Then, she spent a full year navigating permits, build-outs, inspections, and OR accreditation.
  • Next, designed two private OR suites to control block time and reduce overhead.
  • Afterward, bridged the financial gap by taking part-time work while she built her brand.
  • Finally, hired and trained her first team.

During that time, she handled HR, marketing, nursing, coordination, and operations herself.

Furthermore, Dr. Levites shares the “one mistake” that cost her nearly a year and thousands of dollars.

Ultimately, she explains what happened so you can avoid making the same mistake.

"The fastest way to success is to model other successful surgeons who have what you want, but you can only see their results, not the path they took to get there.

So, you continue to jump from one thing to another, hoping to find something that will work for you too, but it rarely does. So, try this shortcut instead. It’s guaranteed to move you forward. I compiled my intellectual property to grow cosmetic revenues, everything I’ve gleaned over the years into one playbook of the most successful practices and what they do to win.

Go to www.CosmeticPracticeVault.com and let’s grow your cosmetic revenue."
