She experienced radical freedom from addiction but quickly realized her addiction was from trauma in her childhood, shame, image issues, self-esteem and panic attacks. We need to go after the root issues that cause the addiction, not medicate as a band-aid to the real problem. God wants us to feel empowered and free, not continually live in a place of shame for the rest of our life.
