The Cycle Advantage
Have you ever been halfway through a decision and thought, “Wait… is this even my choice, or am I just doing what I should?” That’s where this conversation is going today. Because if you’ve been feeling pulled in a million directions, chasing everyone else’s expectations, and secretly wondering why you can’t just trust yourself… it’s not because you’re broken. It’s because you’ve been trained (since you were tiny) to put everyone’s opinions above your own. Today, I’m sitting down with Jessica Frew…wife, ex-wife, stepmom, and certified BOLD action taker to talk...

If I’m being honest… there’s no part of me that thrives on pretending I have it all together. There’s no finish line when it comes to growth. We spend so much time trying to “get there,” whatever there means. But real growth isn’t about arriving, it’s about learning how to hold curiosity and compassion for yourself while you’re in the middle of it. You can change your mind. You can get it wrong. You can evolve while still loving who you already are. And that’s exactly why this week’s conversation with Renae Saager is so freaking good. We sat down and had a real...

So many of us grew up absorbing the message that being a “good girl” means being quiet, agreeable, non-needy, and definitely not too sexual. But that version of womanhood has expired. Because when we stay silent about our sexual health, we disconnect from our own power. We make ourselves small. And we miss out on the deeply fulfilling, body-connected, wildly radiant life that’s meant for us. In this powerful, soul-stirring episode, Dr. Stephanie and I went deep into the real talk about how your hormones influence desire, arousal, and emotional connection throughout your cycle and life...

You’ve probably heard it a hundred times: “Just be consistent.” Show up every day. Push through resistance. Stay in momentum. But what if your “lack of consistency” isn’t the problem? What if the real issue is trying to force a rhythm that was never meant for your body, your energy, or your season? Let’s stop pretending business growth is a straight line. It’s not. It’s layered. Emotional. Cyclical. It mirrors you. If you’ve ever felt like you're evolving faster than your brand, or craving space in a world shouting “more, faster, now”... you’re not alone. Julie...

What If Prioritizing Pleasure Made You More Money? How often do you check in with how you’re feeling while running your business? If you’re anything like I used to be, it’s easy to get caught up in the strategy, the numbers, the next thing on your to-do list… and completely forget about actually feeling good while doing it. I grew up believing pleasure was selfish. Indulgent. Distracting. Especially as a woman and especially as someone raised in a conservative Christian household. But here’s what I’ve learned and what I break down in this week’s episode of the Cycle Advantage...

We’ve been told a thousand times over to "know our worth." But what happens when we start actually charging it? What happens when our business grows… and so does our income… and suddenly, we’re navigating tax brackets, money guilt, and a silent fear that we’ll be judged for wanting more? In this episode, I’m joined by Tiffany Phillips, a powerhouse CPA and Tax Strategist, for one of the most liberating money convos I’ve ever had. We peeled back the layers on ambition, guilt, and what it really looks like when women claim their financial power. We had the kind of conversation...

They say motherhood changes you but what they don’t tell you is that it reveals you. Every trigger, every tantrum, every moment you snap and feel guilt bubbling under your skin. It will hold up a mirror to the parts of you you’ve spent years avoiding. The parts that feel tender, reactive, and raw. And that’s exactly what this week’s episode is all about. I sat down with Carly Ely, and we cracked open the truth about what motherhood is really asking of us. Not the Pinterest-perfect version but the real, soul-stretching journey of learning how to parent while still discovering who...

In this solo, from-the-heart episode, I’m sharing something completely unplanned, but too important not to record. After a powerful call with a client (and some serious energy downloads), I had to jump on and unpack what might just be the missing piece in your coaching, content, and conversions: ✨ The energy you hold for your clients. We’re talking about the frequency behind your coaching sessions, sales calls, emails, and content—and how the way you see your audience changes how they rise. What You’ll Learn in This Episode: How your unconscious fears may be projecting onto your...

There was a time in my business journey where I truly believed that more effort = more results. That if I could just master the strategy, stick to the schedule, and keep showing up consistently, I'd finally “make it.” But then my body started whispering. Then it started screaming. And that’s where this week's guest, Brianna Rose, comes in because this conversation cracked wide open the illusion of success we've been sold as female entrepreneurs… and offered something so much deeper in return. We talked about the things most people aren’t saying out loud including: How...
