Having found his passion in marketing in his mid 20’s he joined the mobile telecoms industry just as the sector was really taking off.  Periods at BT Cellnet, Genie, O2 and Tesco Mobile followed as he progressed through the ranks in marketing roles before eventually choosing giffgaff.  giffgaff’s investment in culture and it’s appetite to challenge the established way and improve it, chimed with Ash’s own values and in collaboration with a wonderfully diverse and talented team, giffgaff has seen accelerated growth during his time there.
