[19:23] Compliance should position itself and the organization to recognize it as the revenue driver.

[22:08] Big mistake #3: Value of information.

[24:28] The value of information is declining.

[26:45] If you recommend something, you should be a part of implementation.

[27:29] What you believe about compliance will determine what is possible for you within your organization.
