SHOW NOTES
If you’re someone who doesn’t just feel compassion for others but who can truly feel what that other person is feeling or if you keep hearing your too sensitive you may be either an empath or a highly sensitive person or HSP.
I finally came to the realization that I have some empath tendencies and I have friends and family members who are highly sensitive people.
This realization got me to thinking about other HSPs and empaths out there who are trying to build businesses and I thought we could use a little insight into this from someone who’s done it.
That’s why I wanted to have today’s guest on the show.
Jenn Savage helps professionals create spiritual connection, tap deeply into the essence of who they are and find their space where confidence moves you to speak your truth and do the inner work of the journey you’re on. She also has the skills of marketing and strategy and understands how to make them work for healers.
So listen in as Jenn explains:
- What it means to be an empath or a highly sensitive person
- How to blend those elements of your personality and still grow a business
- How and why money can be an issue for empaths and HSPs
- The things we think are wrong with us and how in fact they could very well be what’s right with us
- Her thoughts on handling the 8 strategic priorities we deal with as entrepreneurs and some of her best practices
As always, listen all the way to the end where I’ll share your cocktail exercise and action step for this episode.
