Life Goals In Progress
The new year reset might not be resetting yet and that is okay. We reflect on January expectations, creative ruts, habit shifts, and why new beginnings often look way less polished than we imagine. An imperfect, honest check-in on starting the year without having it all figured out. Find us: Marketing Agency: Content Hub: Instagram:

We are officially in New Year planning mode, and this episode is all about choosing a Word of the Year that actually means something to you. In this conversation, Nina and I walk through the real, messy process of landing on a word. We talk about refinement, self loyalty, inner peace, and release, and how those words show up in work, health, nervous system regulation, and everyday life. This is not a perfectly packaged goal-setting episode. It is honest reflection, coaching in real time, and naming patterns that a lot of us repeat without realizing it. info_outlineIn this episode of "Life Goals in Progress," I’m inviting you to join me for a brand new challenge—the 12/3/30 treadmill workout! Created by Lauren Giraldo, this simple yet powerful fitness routine has taken the internet by storm, and I’m ready to dive in. The plan? Walk at a 12% incline, 3 mph, for 30 minutes—sounds easy, but it’s no joke!
I’ll share why I’m excited to take this on, how I’m easing into it with an 8% incline for now, and my plan to fully commit 4-5 days a week starting in November. We’ll talk about the benefits of incline walking, how building a solid routine can make all the difference, and why knowing when and where you’re going to do it is key (for me, it’s before work at the gym).
Whether you’re ready to join me on this fitness journey or just looking for a little extra motivation to move, this episode is all about challenging yourself in a sustainable, approachable way. Let’s do this together!
