Your Body Is Not The Problem
They're telling you your arms are the problem. I'm telling you... YOUR ARMS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM! What do YOU want to think? What are you WILLING to think? What do you NEED to think? It feels like I need to yell from the roof tops right now with everything I've seen online lately that YOUR ARMS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM. Typically, I don't see diety/toxic content on social media, but two body positive content creators I follow both posted about the same IMO unhelpful workout program. I had the realization over the summer that for most of my life I have been a 'Be safe' person. Which like, there's nothing technically wrong with it but I experienced the difference of being told 'be safe' and 'have fun' about the same activitity and I was like holy shit do the two of those feel different. And I would love to implement saying 'have fun' more than I say 'be safe' to others and to myself. As I continued thinking about the two statements I realized how it can be applied to our body image, and so that's what I share with you today! Can't wait to hear what you think :)...
