In Episode 9, Brian and Chuck welcome Coach Bob Quon as they discuss the role that young players play in building a club.  

In Segment 1, we talk about the TNT Regional program which has introduced hundreds of young players to volleyball that may not have had the opportunity to join a club and receive quality coaching.  We discuss the challenges faced when starting a grassroots program and feedback received from the parents.
