Dom Thurbin is an internationally recognised speaker, facilitator, and expert in driving behaviour change within organisations facing external disruption. As a former Partner at EY, one of the world’s largest professional services firms, Dom brings extensive experience in business strategy, purpose-driven leadership, and navigating change. His best-selling works, published in over 15 countries, span topics such as generational shifts, the future of work, and education. At just 23, Dom founded Karrikins Group, a behaviour change agency that grew to 150 staff across Australia, New Zealand, and North America before its acquisition by EY in 2019.
