As this podcast airs, we have moved through the Lunar Eclipse, and the Spring Equinox and now we are in the New Moon Solar Eclipse energy all while navigating Mercury retrograde and a Venus retrograde too.

Eclipses hit on the nodes and these have been on the Aries/Libra axis.. think back to the periods between.. 2014-2015 204-2006, 1995-1997. What was going on for you… what are the similarities… what are the old imprints?

Let go of outdated mental constructs… I know I was triggered this weekend and it exploded.. it took me a minute or two.. but I did realize I was operating in a PTSD energy.  Thankfully I was able to realize it… and apologize but damage was done.  An awakening for sure.. a place I don’t want to carry..

Share your deep thoughts with those who care about you.

Balance your energy.

Get outside

Allow truth to evolve rather than forces rigid beliefs on yourself.. be able to admit when youare wrong.. and let go.

Trust .. trust the process of shifting perception.

Another really important aspect of this portal opening is one of expanded consciousness.  I have regularly been receiving messages from my Lemurian guides who are continually talking to me about the ability for all of us to connect … galactically.. universally with our star people.  This expanded consciousness is one that opens us up to a higher state of living in our everyday lives.

 How can you take this out into the world right now?  How can you open up bigger and bigger to your path? I think that's the biggest message I recall right here, right now,  using the higher self. Get out of the mind.  Have a spiritual practice and live that spiritual practice each and every day.

 Wear your crystals. Do your practice. Listen to music at night. This is the medicine we need right now, right here.
