The recent full moon has illuminated the shadows within us, revealing aspects that no longer serve our journey. As Neptune transitions into Aries, consider: What new dreams are you nurturing? Who are you becoming? These questions are essential to your Soul's journey.

Now is the time to heighten your intuition and trust in your ability to read energy—both for yourself and others. Remember, not everything you see or hear in the news reflects the deeper truths within you. 

A spiritual practice can be a valuable ally in this process. By developing tools and techniques, you can cultivate the ability to turn inward, uncovering the answers that reside within.

In this episode, I wanted to talk about Spiritual Awakenings. Many people are experiencing these, and not sure what is happening.

A spiritual awakening is a profound realization or shift in consciousness that allows you to perceive and understand life from a deeper perspective. This experience often involves a heightened awareness of the self, the universe, and the interconnectedness of all beings. It can lead to a reevaluation of one's beliefs, often resulting in a greater sense of purpose and inner peace.

During a spiritual awakening, individuals may experience various phenomena, such as increased intuition, a sense of unity with the world, and a desire for personal growth and transformation.

This process can be triggered by various life events, such as trauma, loss, or significant changes, and can manifest in different ways for different people. Ultimately, it is about awakening to a more authentic version of oneself and recognizing the spiritual aspects of existence.

It can often be described as a kundalini rising which is an awakening of the dormant spiritual energy believed to reside at the base of the spine, often depicted as a coiled serpent in yogic traditions.

This energy is associated with profound spiritual growth and transformation. When awakened, Kundalini energy travels up the spine through the chakras, or energy centers, leading to heightened states of awareness, spiritual enlightenment, and personal transformation

This is really important as the mind can start to take over and question everything taking you down the rabbit hole of information.  And if you aren’t prepared can very often call in lots of shadow energy especially right now with all the shifts in consciousness occuring. It’s imporant to learn how to work with this through practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork guided by someone like myself.. a spiritual teacher.

Spiritual awakenings can happen in many ways..for me, it was from a crisis. I was lost, unsure of what to do, and I was searching for help. Talk therapy wasn’t getting me any way beyond having someone to talk to which is helpful but I wasn’t making progress. I had no belief in myself… until that one day when I was guided to a Spiritual teacher.  That day was profound and is still in my memory.  A friend had met twins at a new age shop in Roslyn, NY… Dreams East.  She went to one twin and me to the other for spiritual counseling. I didn’t know what that meant but I knew I needed help.

We met, we talked about my life, she guided me with some breathing, and then did some hands-on energy.  I left, got back in my car. As I sat there feeling a deep peace, something I hadn’t felt in months, I heard a voice.. loud and clear.. saying, You are going to be ok.

It was so loud I turned around to see if anyone was in the back seat of my car but it was my Spirit speaking to me.. a message from my soul.

It was profound for me. Spiritual awakenings can be.

And without the tools and techniques to help it can be frightening for many to have this kind of experience.You may experience various challenges and confusion.

Here are some potential outcomes:

1. Emotional Turmoil

2. Identity Crisis

3. Physical Symptoms

4. Relationship Strain

5. Isolation

6. Heightened Sensitivity

7. Confusion and Doubt

8. Resistance to Change

9. Disconnection from Reality

10. Search for Answers

Awareness and understanding of the spiritual awakening process can help you navigate these challenges more effectively, providing clarity and context for your experiences. Seeking support from knowledgeable practitioners, like myself, can also be beneficial during this transformative time.

So what happens if you don’t seek guidance? 

Many things… you can go down the wrong path… get caught in webs that misguide you… feel lost… maybe even a little crazy… you can take in too much information… not know your energy from others…this happens alot…

Which is why it is so important to find someone to help you along this awakening. 

What I would like to do today is offer a meditation that grounds your energy and helps you to expand the radiant light body so that your energy flows and isn’t stuck along this awakening channel.

It is time to step forward. Leave the old energy behind, and create more abundance. Don't isolate. Renew your faith. Look up. Look to the stars. Call in your Star People. They're there right now. Let go of all the old drama and the old mindset.

It is a choice. Which will you feed?

I choose the awakening. I choose to hold and vibrate and shine my light out. How about you?
