More Episodes

In this episode of Enough is Enough, I talk you through what brought me to my breaking point that led me to explore the world of enoughness.

I know we can all relate to that feeling like we aren't doing enough for others, we aren't being enough for ourselves, and we don't have enough in our lives. It feels like we are playing this constant catch-up of this self-imposed rat race.

But if we are the ones who put ourselves into the rat race, we can be the ones who take ourselves out.

I hope this episode inspires you to enjoy actually "being" in your life rather than always "doing". I now allow my life to flow however I want it to flow, rather than feeling like I need to force it and I hope you will begin to do the same!
