Graden Leong has been motivating people for years and is bringing his energy and passion to Shredology to share his story and keys to success. Graden is a speaker, entrepreneur, educator, and classic physique world champion, coach, and martial artist (sensei). He’s taken the hard path in life, not by choice, and learned how to achieve greatness by consistently executing discipline.

Success isn’t reserved for the lucky or privileged few. Success and wealth aren’t a right that anyone has been denied by bad luck of the draw either; Possibility is within your control when you learn to use the pain and live the life you’ve been given better than anyone else and you learn to see opportunities. But you have to stay disciplined to make it happen! You can achieve success, but you have to take action and be accountable to yourself first and foremost.

The importance of health and fitness resonated with Graden from a young child starting out in martial arts at the age of 6 years. This then continued through his teenage years winning multiple World martial arts championships before retiring and picking up natural bodybuilding. Over the past decade, he's managed to win numerous overall Australian and international natural bodybuilding championships, feature in magazines and local media, and even has been crowned as the World Champion for Classic Physique!
