- Keep a journal and use it intuitively without judgment
- Processed liquid sugar is poison
- So is alcohol
- To be honest with others, you must first be honest with yourself
- Make sure your first meal each day is high in fiber and protein
- The diet industry profits off of false promises and crushed dreams
- Your autonomy is the most important thing you own. Never give it up to anyone or anything
- It's better to enjoy a treat here and there than to be restrictive and binge later
- Lift heavy ass weights regularly
- Take time each week to reflect on where you've been, where you're at, and where you want to go
- Your belief in yourself will determine how far you'll go before you even start
- Hit 5-iron off the tee more often
- A friend who calls you out on your BS is a true friend
- Don't settle for less than what you're worth
- The person you want to be is already inside you - all you need to do is find the habits to elicit that person out of you
- Every single penny you invest into yourself will produce an ROI you cannot fathom
- Set boundaries and uphold them
- Success is more than making money. Making an impact, showing up for loved ones, and controlling your time matter more
- You are your own best doctor and healer - never give that power to any external force
- Create a vision for your life and regularly check in with it
- Don't watch the news - it's a waste of time and energy
- The best way to make a change in the world is to start with yourself
- Express gratitude widely and deeply
- I am LOVE. I am TRUTH
- If I do not quit, I cannot fail.
