Puranpreet Kaur has devoted her life’s work to mastering the art and science of Kundalini Yoga for individual and collective empowerment. Having undergone her own transformation and soul activation through this practice, she has guided hundreds of individuals on their unique self-empowerment journeys. Renowned for her powerful presence, Puranpreet is deeply committed to creating a safe and sacred container for her students, allowing them to have their own authentic experiences.
Like many individuals, Puranpreet initially turned to yoga for exercise purposes. However her journey took a transformative turn when she discovered Kundalini Yoga. Despite living an outwardly appearing successful life, she was miserable inside. It was Kundalini Yoga that enabled her to delve deep within herself, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and mood instability that had previously led her to disconnect from the magic of life. The practice lit her soul on fire - and she never looked back.
Puranpreet is a dynamic and passionate leader in the world of Kundalini Yoga. She teaches multiple weekly classes, both in-person at Creation Yoga in Wheeling, IL, other local studios, and online. With a wealth of study and experience, she has completed a number of advanced Kundalini Yoga trainings and is a Lead Trainer with the Aquarian Trainers Academy and Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). Puranpreet is also involved in international workshops and trainings, sharing her embodied wisdom of the practice to audiences near and far.
