Low Glucose Soaked Muesli Recipe:
(4-5 portions)
2 tbsp flax - grind in you blender
1/2 cup almonds
2.5 cups of water - blend water, flax, almonds and seasonings
salt, citrus zest, vanilla, cinnamon - to taste
in your jar:
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
pour almond milk mixture over seeds, stir and soak overnight
