I can be this person for you. I offer support, a space-holding service: neither a friend nor a therapist, but filling the gap between the two.
I offer 1-on-1 calls to anyone interested. I listen deeply with compassion and non-judgment. I offer guidance and mentorship when requested. I offer space for you to untangle yourself, to find your way through a confusing, challenging world. I support you to remember JOY in your body and to bring ALIVENESS back into your life.
