The Booze:
Midsummer Spritz
-1 1/2 parts Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice gin
-1/4 part Elderflower Liqueur (like St. Germain)
-Soda water to taste
-Squeeze of lemon
-Garnish: orange and cucumber slice
Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice in a rocks or wine glass over ice. Gently stir, and top with soda water to taste.
